Returns
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team at hello@theassetbrand.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
